Born operationalising inclusive procurement
Vantra grew out of the work of building real inclusive-procurement infrastructure, with Impala Platinum as the flagship deployment. We saw that procurement, vendor management, and enterprise & supplier development were run in silos, and that inclusion was being treated as a compliance cost rather than the competitive advantage it can be.
So we built the platform we wished existed: one supplier record, one value model, and a clear path from a supplier's first day in the chain to full commercialisation, proving, the whole way, that the business is winning on speed, cost, and value while transforming the suppliers who power it.
